How to Enable Auto-Update for Mobile App

If you face difficulties in submitting punches and receive the error message "We're experiencing some issues, please try again later," it is possible that your CloudApper mobile app needs to be updated

To avoid encountering this issue in the future, you can enable auto-updates for the CloudApper mobile app. You can do this by accessing the Google Play Store and searching for CloudApper. 

Then tap on CloudApper and open it.

Now click on 3 dots at top right corner.

Tap on Enable Auto Update from there and make the tick box to turn it green.
