Steps to Get a New RightPunch License for UKG Ready

1. After a client informs CloudApper how many stations they require, a member of the CloudApper Business Development team will send a quotation.

2. Once the quotation is approved, a member of the CloudApper implementation team will reach out and ask for the following API keys:

Login URL :

Base API URL :

POD:

Username:

Password:

(N.B. This should be a service account with administrator permissions.)

Company Short Name (CName):

CID:

API Key:

Note: The account should be added in the all employees group where it should have access to both active and terminated employees.

Minimum Group Permissions for the Service Account:

Account Information: Edit

Employee Time: View, Edit, and Approve

Edit Access by Entry Type: Time

3. During this time, CloudApper also sends an invoice for the payment process to be completed.

4. After the API keys are provided by the client/their UKG contact, CloudApper tests those. This process is usually completed in a couple of hours.

5. Within 6 hours of getting the correct API keys, a member of the CloudApper implementation team will invite the client to a 1-hour onboarding call where they will onboard the customer and answer any queries if needed.

Please note that, in case of custom configurations, the aforementioned time-frame might vary from case-to-case. The CloudApper team usually provides a tentative ETA during the initial call.
