Can I make payment with a wire transfer instead of regular subscription?

Yes, you can. To make offline payments (wire transfer, PayPal etc.), reach out to your assigned representative or POC from CloudApper, or reach out via support chat. Someone from the team should be able to facilitate your request and loop in someone from the accounts in an email. They will provide you with the account information to make the transfers along with any additional necessary instructions.

Follow the instructions in the email and send them the invoice of the payment once successfully paid. Someone from Accounts will confirm to you whether the payment has been received or not. Please note that it often takes 2 days to up to a week for the transaction to be successfully completed.
