How do I add new roles for my applications?

From the Super Admin account's (sign-up account) homepage, go to Manage Users from the menu bar on the right upper corner, or if you are already inside an app, click on Apps on the top right corner, then click on Go to Home. From the available menus on the top right corner, go to Manage Users.

From the available apps on the left, select your app and click on Roles as shown in the image below. From this page, admin would be able to see the available roles for the app. Click on Add Role.


From the following page, select your app from the dropdown, type in the title of the new Role, Role Description, and switch off the app design permission as shown in the image below.

From the list of forms following this section, expand the forms and define the Role's access for Creating/Editing/Deleting/Viewing the records by checking the boxes and hit save on the top right corner.
