How does it work?

Whenever an employee's record is added in the solution, the employees will receive an SMS in their phone number. The SMS contains a list of services employees can choose from.

They will just have to reply with the appropriate number in their SMS thread. This request will be reflected/updated in their record in UKG.

For example- If an employee wants to see their schedule for the current week, they will have to press 2 and in return the system will send the schedule of that employee in their inbox.
