Let's say, for example, one hour before an employee's shift begins (by default; the timeframe is customizable), they will receive a custom notification via email or SMS, depending on your preference, to confirm whether they will be present.

Once they receive the notification, they can respond appropriately. In this case, "No".

When they respond "NO," it is updated in real time so that the Admin Panel can see it right away. In addition, administrators will receive a customized email and/or SMS notification.
