What if an employee fails to Punch In on time?

When an employee fails to punch in to their respective workplace 15 minutes (or any other timeframe according to your preerence) after their reporting time, our custom reporting solution will automatically detect this and trigger a notification to be sent to the business owner or manager. This notification will be sent via the channels that the business owner or manager has selected, including SMS, push notifications, and email.

The notification will typically contain information about the employee who failed to punch in, the location where they were supposed to punch in, and the time they were supposed to punch in. This information can help the business owner or manager take corrective action quickly, such as calling the employee to find out why they haven't punched in or assigning another employee to cover the shift.
