Why Am I Not Able to Add Users to My Account?

If you already have a group of users you have subscribed for, the primary reason for not being able to add more users to your application could be due to exceeding the user limits. For example, if you have subscribed for 50 users and have already added 50 users till date to your application, the system would not allow you to add any additional users.
In this case, the you would be required to upgrade the user count from the Manage Subscription page.

From the Current Plan section, click on Subscribe and upgrade your user count, then proceed to pay for the additional due amount.


From the following month onwards, you will be billed automatically for your new user count.
Similarly, if you are still on a trial period, you would be allowed to add maximum 5 users by default. If you exceed the user count, you will be required to subscribe to the platform with your desired number of users (minimum 50) as guided above.
