How do I add a Labor Category Ruleset?

The Wage Progression Ruleset is available in the Labor Category Ruleset menu item. The Wage Progression Ruleset is defined in the Labor Category Entry List corresponding to a Labor Category Entry. Select a Labor Category Entry List and under the Labor Category Details, you will be able to see the "Add Wage Progression Ruleset" button. Click on it to add a Ruleset.
When creating a Wage Progression Ruleset, the Labor Category Entry, Threshold Hours, and the Job need to be set. After filling out all the required fields, click "Save".
It should be noted here that only the Labor Category Entries and the Jobs that are available for the corresponding Labor Category Entry List are shown in the Dropdown. Users won't be able to select Jobs and Labor Category Entries that are not available for the corresponding Labor Category Entry List.
